The ECIS 2017 local organization has set up an agreement with several hotels for delegates. We have tried to arrange hotel types for different desires and budgets. All hotels are within easy reach of the Centro Cultural Vila Flor (CCVF congress center), where the main conference will take place. Please see our suggestions HERE.
Most hotels in Guimarães are within walking distance from the University (for pre-ECIS workshops) and CCVF. You can access information about other hotels and hostels in the city in the map below
We encourage you to book your hotel asap since Guimarães is visited by a large number of national and international visitors during the spring and summer months.
From June 8 to 10 there will be a bus to transport participants to and from the city of Braga. The bus leaves at 7:45 From Braga (Hotel do Lago and Av. da Liberdade) to Guimarães and at the end of the day from Guimarães to Braga.
